One of the students today told me the most enlightening thing that I had to share it with you all.
The student said, "There are only three things I don't like. Chinese sundaes for lunch, hunting, and people who don't like African Americans and Indians."
Wow! I love that the students are so tolerant of other cultures and honestly don't understand why people couldn't be friends at one time simply because of their skin tone. That is a great foundation to have at such a young age. I am so proud!
