Well, clearly these are all old photos but I am finally buckling down and getting caught up for you all to see the pictures of my trip in Spain (and Germany eventually)! Sorry it's taken so long to get caught up - the schedule here has been busy and hectic to say the least! But after much anticipation..... we shall begin!
This was in the Madrid airport..... yes, that's a lady.... walking her cat on a leash... IN the airport.... goodness sakes.
This is what the terminals of the Madrid airport look like. It was pretty impressive! Thank goodness too because I had a 6 hour layover there... and it was from 6 am to noon (Spanish time).
A McDonalds in the Madrid airport - that American culture is just everywhere! However, that California Grill they feature doesn't look too bad at all! Can we get that on our menus?
This was my breakfast on the trans-Atlantic flight I took. Nothing special but filling - Dried fruit, banana, blueberry yogurt, and a blueberry muffin.
My dinner during my trans-Atlantic flight - actually really tasty! I got a water, salad, pesto tortellini, a roll with butter, crackers and cheese, and a caramel brownie. Carbs, anyone? :)
